Nextier principals have extensive experience across a broad range of industries and specialist skills in specific industry verticals. This combination ensures we are able to offer fresh perspectives and breakthrough business insights to our clients.
Our goal is to become our clients’ trusted adviser and this cannot be achieved by presenting redundant ideas and concepts.
Our clients rely on our services in the following sectors:
What we do
Nextier is proactive about agriculture-led development that creates a sustained economic growth. With our vast knowledge of the agricultural sector, we provide services that are based on current measurable objectives. We support and advise our clients on the best strategies and policies to adopt and how to implement them to achieve sustainable agricultural outputs.
Considering the upward movement of the world population curve and the limited resources, we help our clients to develop evidence and outcome based agriculture policies and implementation plans that will consolidate the scarce resources available.
Processing Plant: Nextier principals led efforts to acquire and transform a fruit concentrate plant. The previously government-owned plant was moribund until it was acquired for a private sector company.
Agricultural Policy: Nextier is currently working with a sub-national organization to refine their regional agribusiness strategy. Nextier will be working with the local governments and some of its constituents in creating the right agriculture policies and also facilitating an agribusiness summit aimed at developing the competencies of smallholder farmers in the region.
Capacity Development: Nextier is also working to further deepen the quality of agricultural lending training available in training institutions around the country. We are working with international organizations to deliver these programmes.

What we do
Nextier is focused on policy issues in the Nigerian oil and gas sector. With the Petroleum Industry Bill as the most important issue in the industry, Nextier has developed deep competencies in the subject and continues to drive discussions on the bill.
Policy: Nextier worked with the leadership of the National Assembly to understand the intricacies of the 2012 Petroleum Industry Bill. We also conducted a number of seminars, roundtables and closed-door meetings to discuss the intricacies of the bill and why it is imperative to pass a bill that is in the best interest of Nigerians.
